“MAGNOLIA ROOTS MUSIC strives to welcome traditional acoustic string music to Gainesville and surrounding North Central Florida, as
played by exciting international musicians renowned in their respective genres (and cross-genres!) as they tour the nation. Promoting live
performances of this music is essential for keeping it alive and thriving among us.
This is the mission envisaged by MAGNOLIA ROOTS MUSIC,and represented by its annual series of live concerts and teaching
workshops in local venues and homes.
